The family’s goal in opening a new inquest is to establish that the true cause of Geoff’s death was the demolition of the North Tower.
Following Attorney General Victoria Prentis’ January 2024 decision refusing the Campbell family’s application for a new inquest, the family now has until April 3, 2024, to file their application for judicial review of the decision.
