The 9/11 Truth and Accountability Report
The 9/11 Truth and Accountability Report is the product of an ongoing citizen-led investigation into the events of 9/11, initiated in 2026 at the invitation of U.S. Senator Ron Johnson, chair of the Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations.
The report aims to gather the strongest available evidence into a single document that provides the fullest possible accounting of what did and did not happen on September 11, 2001, and that can serve as the informational foundation of a new, full-scale, independent 9/11 investigation.
Once completed later in 2026, the report will be a living document, updated annually to incorporate new evidence and analysis and revise previous findings where warranted.
