Named when the 2nd plane video was released by penttbom.com in a 2008 FOIA (from which 3 new views of the “UAL175” airplane were gleaned). 352×240 resolution, stable view. South Tower event begins at 1:03:24 in the original file. I doubt the FBI learned anything from the video.
