Video owner’s name found at thecameraplanetarchive.magnify.net/…. This angle was one of the first cameras rolling, but the 2nd plane hit and South Tower collapse were completely missed, while the second collapse only has the spire falling behind WTC Building 7. The dust cloud starred in both shots of this 2-minute video. A shorter clip is also on the CameraPlanetArchive YouTube channel (YT link above). The footage was aired in the 2002 PBS/NOVA documentary “Why the Towers Fell” (at 42:40).
