UPDATE: Shot from Kearney/Arlington, New Jersey, apparently by Andrew Foster as the new NIST wtcdata.nist.gov website says. The plane impact video from this angle has been available since 2002. It first (?) appeared in the NBC News production “America Remembers: 9/11 Air Traffic Controllers,” aired 9/11/2002 (and 9/9/2006 with additional material not included in the version available at the mainstream documentaries page). The airplane clip plays at vrt 28:25 and 28:50. Also found in History Channel’s hit piece “The 9/11 Conspiracies: Fact or Fiction” – aired Aug. 20, 2007.
