On the one-year anniversary of the passing of 9/11 scholar and lifelong peace activist Dr. Graeme MacQueen, IC911 Executive Director Ted Walter and historian Dr. Daniele Ganser got together to discuss MacQueen’s legacy, the film Peace, War and 9/11 — which MacQueen narrated and Walter produced and co-directed — and the state of the global peace movement in today’s war-ravaged world.
As they speak about the horrors being perpetrated in many parts of the globe and the war system’s seeming stranglehold on modern-day society, Walter and Ganser, like MacQueen while he was alive, still urge those aware of the evil and injustice to remain hopeful that humankind will one day evolve beyond war.
