May 6, 2011: CIA Director Panetta Secretly Tells Congress Pakistani Government Either ‘Involved’ in Hiding Bin Laden or ‘Incompetent’

CIA Director Leon Panetta tells House members during a secret briefing that the Pakistani government was “either involved or incompetent,” regarding the hiding of Osama bin Laden in Abbottabad for about five years (see May 2, 2011).
