He tries calling her once more 33 seconds later, but despite dialing the correct number this time, the attempt is unsuccessful. The first of these unsuccessful calls lasts 0 seconds while the second lasts three seconds, according to information that will later be derived from a study of GTE Airfone records of calls from Flight 93.
