9/11 Consensus Panel
The 9/11 Consensus Panel was a panel of 23 experts convened from 2011 to 2017 with the aim of providing a clear statement of the best evidence contradicting the official account of 9/11 and providing a ready source of evidence-based research to any investigation that may be undertaken by the public, the media, academia, or any other investigative body or institution.
Using a simplified version of the Delphi Method, the Panel published a total of 51 Consensus Points — each point achieving at least 85% agreement by over 20 panelists.
In 2018, the Panel’s founders, David Ray Griffin and Elizabeth Woodworth, authored the book 9/11 Unmasked, which sets forth the 51 Consensus Points in a comprehensive volume. The 51 Consensus Points can also be found on the Panel’s original website, Consensus911.org.
